adapted from Pie
1 recipe Graham Cracker crust, store bought/homemade or a PB dough, if you have one laying around
5 tbsp unsalted butter or margarine, cut into pieces
3 ounces bittersweet chocolate
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
handful chocolate chips, if desired
Preheat your oven to 325. Prepare your crust. Set aside. (If using homemade graham cracker crust, there's no need to prebake it here.)
Sift together the dry ingredients. Set aside.
Bake thirty minutes and NOT A MINUTE MORE for ooey gooey chocolate awesomeness. Cool completely on a wire rack.
